Delivery Rules

At How Tech, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery of your electronic products. Please read the following delivery rules and guidelines carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.


1. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery to most locations within Bangladesh. However, some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have limited or no delivery options. You can check if we deliver to your area during the checkout process by entering your shipping address.


2. Delivery Methods

We provide various delivery options based on your location and urgency of delivery:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: Delivery within 1-3 business days (available for select areas).

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before [cut-off time] in selected areas. (Applicable only for specific products and regions).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most products in certain areas.

You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout, and the corresponding delivery charges will be displayed.


3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Shipping Location: The distance between our warehouse and your delivery address.

  • Delivery Method: Standard, express, or same-day delivery.

  • Product Weight and Size: Larger or heavier products may incur higher shipping fees.

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. In some cases, free delivery may be offered as part of a promotion or on select products.


4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email or SMS notification confirming the status of your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method and delivery location. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, while express and same-day delivery options can be faster.

  • Delivery Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your delivery in real-time.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.


5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Receiving the Package: Upon delivery, please inspect the package to ensure that the product(s) match your order and that there is no visible damage. If the package or product appears damaged, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer support team.

  • Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, the delivery service may attempt to deliver the package at a later time. If multiple attempts fail, the package may be returned to us, and you may need to pay for re-delivery or a rescheduled delivery date.


6. Issues with Delivery

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Common issues may include:

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us for updates.

  • Wrong Address: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately before the package is dispatched. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If the item is damaged or parts are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you with a return, replacement, or refund based on the situation.


7. Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to the following locations:

  • PO Boxes

  • International destinations (currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh)

We also reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address that may pose a risk to the safety or security of our delivery personnel or the product.


8. Same-Day and Express Delivery Terms

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available only for orders placed before [cut-off time] in select areas. Same-day delivery is limited to certain products and areas.

  • Express Delivery: Available for select products and regions. The additional cost for express delivery will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Please note that certain factors such as stock availability and delivery area restrictions may impact the availability of these delivery options.


9. Gift Delivery

If you're sending a gift to someone, please ensure you provide accurate recipient details. We will ensure that the product is delivered as requested. However, once the order is delivered, we cannot modify or cancel the delivery.
