Return Policy

At How Tech, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy for eligible products. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand the conditions and process for returns.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products under the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and labels intact.

  • Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may be eligible for a return or exchange regardless of the 7-day window.

  • Opened or Used Products: Some products, such as software, hygiene-related items (earphones, etc.), or items that have been opened or used, are not eligible for return unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used electronics (unless faulty or damaged).

  • Products with missing or tampered seals or serial numbers.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Any product purchased from a sale, promotion, or clearance section.


3. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Support

  • Email us at howtechbd@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • For defective or damaged products, please attach a clear image or video of the damage for quick processing.

b. Return Authorization

  • Our customer support team will review your return request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Please do not send the product back without obtaining the RA number, as returns will not be processed without it.

c. Prepare the Product for Return

  • Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received.

  • Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.

d. Ship the Product Back

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the product is returned safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.

e. Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you after the returned product has been processed.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund according to the following:

  • Full Refund: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.

  • Partial Refund: If the product is returned because you changed your mind or for other reasons not related to a defect, we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% from the refund amount.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact customer support with your return request. If the item is available in stock, we will ship the replacement after receiving the original product.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please send an email with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect or damage.

  • Return Authorization: Our team will assist you with the return process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number for a hassle-free return.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.


7. Late Returns

Products returned after the 7-day return window will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please contact customer support immediately.


8. Changes to This Return Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify our Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will apply to all returns made after the updated effective date.
